My dad was a Republican so I voted Republican on my first presidential election. Then I happened to read another Sinclair, this one Upton, The Jungle. Until then, no book had more of an impact on me to change political parties and become more politically active. Never changed back and still at it. I think it’s time I read Sinclair Lewis.
I am not infrequently pondering the historical facts of those two really powerful dudes, Jesus and Mohammad. How they managed to be so impressive as to be still powerful 2000 years later! What was the elixir in the wine and water consistently back then?
